Medicine cat: I, Jaysong, will take the greatest precautions to protect my clan; I shall wash my paws every time before and after I treat an ill cat, stock up on herbs when-ever I can, keep clean bedding for patients to sleep on, as well as giving each cat plenty of attention! I will make sure there is fresh-kill and cool water for each patient. I will also check the ill cats for ticks and fleas so their pelts stay healthy and they stay happy!
To sum this up, I would be honoured to be Fallingmoon’s medicine-cat apprentice and to help her fight the invisible enemies of sickness and infection.
I, alongside Fallingmoon, will fight with my life for the welfare of HeatherClan!
Appearance: Jaysong has creamy white fur with silver/grey highlights along his back, tail, ears, fore-paws, legs and most of his face. He has a salmon-pink nose, silver whiskers and an unusually long tail – Jaysong’s tail helps him balance if he trips or stumbles on something he can’t see. Jaysong has beautiful, bright, baby-blue eyes that twinkle in any light. < This is very strange, though, because Jaysong is blind!
Jaysong has long, powerful legs that help him leap into trees, as well as a nip out of his left ear. He got this when he was a kit; he and one of his sisters where attacked by a fox.
Jaysong also has a small scar on the side of his nose (near his right eye) – he was nearly stabbed in the eye by a thorn in his nest. Another scar that Jaysong has is zig-zaggy and runs along his left thigh.
Personality: Jaysong has an unbelievable amount of siblings – 20 brothers and sisters! (a pic of them is shown on Jaysong’s signature)
Because of how many kits Jaysong lived with, he didn’t get much attention, even though he was, and still is, blind. Although Jaysong wasn’t noticed very much in his kit-hood, he never really feels left out.
Jaysong isn’t as fond of kits as you’d expect, but he likes them a bit (this is because he’s spent most of his life with kits)
Jaysong loves fish, birds, mice, berries, milk, and honey! He loves to improvise with fresh-kill – he’ll try two things together, like honey and berries or milk and fish… sometimes this turns out OK … sometimes it doesn’t…
History: some cats think that Jaysong has SkyClan blood in him, for he can leap into the tallest trees. Those cats are right! Jaysong’s mother, Skyheart, was a member of SkyClan! Skyheart looks quite similar to Jaysong (as well as all of her other kits) – she had a stormy-silver pelt dappled with darker grey flecks of fur, black nose and aqua-blue eyes.
Jaysong’s father, Rain, is a loner. He to looks similar to his kits – he has orange/brown highlights instead of grey highlights, and he has a pink nose and silver/blue eyes.
Jaysong has a strong relationship with one of his sisters, Milkwing. She has pure white fur (with faint orange highlights), aqua-green eyes, and a pink nose. She is dreamy and adventurous – Jaysong and Milkwing all-ways went on ‘adventures’ during their kit-hood. This is how Jaysong got a chunk taken out of his ear. This was also how Milkwing got her ‘dead foot’ – the fox that bit Jaysong’s ear also bit Milkwing’s right foot, crushing it beyond repair.
